Our Philosophy

We are certainly not perfect, but we embrace the "golden rule," that is, treat others as we would like to be treated.  When a customer or principal calls upon us, they know that they will be treated honestly and their requests for help will be taken seriously.  We consider each call or request, is an opportunity for us to serve.

Our History

As part of RF Associates, RF Microwave has a 40 year plus history in the manufacturer's representative business in Arizona, New Mexico, and California.  In the year 2000, the Arizona, New Mexico, Southern Nevada, and El Paso region was purchased from RF Associates and RF Microwave became an independent organization.  Since that time, RF Microwave has added personnel and continued to grow in its bookings at approximately 75% per year.  We attribute this growth to considering our customers as our friends and treating them as such.
